Me, My Blog, and I

Hi, my name is Jadyn VanWinkle and the coolest thing about me is that Jesus Christ lives in me!

I could just leave it at that. But I won't. ;)
I grew up in East Texas and love the outdoors, especially the beach. I enjoy Pilates, picking flowers, and New York Times crosswords. I'm a health science major but have no idea what I'm going to do with my life (at least career-wise). I'd love to end up in a foreign country, though.
I love writing. It is an outlet for me to express my feelings. My life, like everyone else's, consists of many ups and downs; through it all, I write. From "yelling" at my little sister in all caps in my pink fuzzy diary from Justice to writing poetry about the darkness of depression, I find solace in writing. I pray you enjoy reading my thoughts! Most of all, may this is glorifying to my Lord.
